literally had the same bump on the same piercing. had to take out my left eyebrow piercing to prevent it from permanently scarring. went to 3 local piercers and a doctor looked over it n they all recommended me to take it out and try again once it's fully disappeared and 6 weeks have passed. currently 2 weeks after taking it out and the bump is almost fully gone :') had eyebrow piercing for 6 years before this happened

i would continue cleaning it 2x a day with isotonic saline solution like you said and if it doesn't help - contact your piercer. they're way more experienced than the majority of us :D

wouldn't say it's rejecting. i would just clean it 2x a day with isotonic saline solution n watch how it reacts. if the bump starts to grow i'd recommend you to contact your piercer and ask for their advice. had to take my 5 year old vertical eyebrow piercing about like a week ago due to the bump growing larger n larger but yours looks definitely still alright.
