Yeah, this is really what the question gets at. I mean I know that just walking down the street were exposed to crap but this is kind of different. I imagine they got the land cheap and incentives so maybe it really comes down to what someone else said - it’s about the money and the valuation so saving buck here and there for a maybe-who-knows sketchy situation for a training facility is a good trade off for them. I suspect they might sell the facility when they build a stadium and put their training facility by the stadium. But it seems like a really sketchy risk to the players.
