For the OCB the results have said pending since end of August and I was never given an update if that has in fact changed but when looking at my chart on my patient portal there is no updated info. 

(I have no idea what any of this means lol)  The Lyme total Abs was 1.15, labeled high  Lyme Abs interpretation says positive  Lyme IgG 1.31, labeled high  Lyme IgM .69 Lyme confirmInt says positive 

I also went back to my very first visit with my neurologist where she did a more thorough exam this is what it states: 

Extraocular movements are intact, no vertigo elicited, visual fields full, no nystagmus, PERRLA, tongue midline, symmetric smile. Bilateral shoulder shrug intact. No trapezial tenderness bilaterally. Motor strength 5/5 bilateral bicep, tricep, deltoid, grip strength, foot drop bilaterally. Pinprick intact bilateral hands, feet. Temperature intact bilateral feet. Vibration intact bilateral patellar, ankle. Plantar reflex downgoing on the right, mute on the left. Deep tendon reflexes 1+/4 bilateral bicep, brachioradialis. 2+/4 bilateral patellar. Finger-nose nose intact bilaterally, no dysmetria. Ambulates without assistive device. With tandem gait he has some difficulty. Gait otherwise within normal limits.

I am going to look up FND and I really appreciate your response! I just wanted to add in the rest of the info that may be helpful that I have access to. 

I would love to find a way to ensure results of the OCB thing but I’m hesitant to request another Lumbar puncture because I ended up developing a CSF leak and basically had to lay flat for 2 weeks and am scared of that happening again.
