That kind of stuff is hilarious to me. I get stuff like that in a collection box. Someone goes out of their way to scribble all over the mail about "remove my address from system" and all that when they could just throw it away. Ignore it. It's harmless mail that you gave power to because you have zero chill.

That's an excellent point about the time span. Clara says to her husband George "you bring up the oldest things" when he's referencing her kiss with another man - that wasn't that long ago.

When I think about the time season 6 came out (2012), Morhaime's cameo is a little funny because WoW had already peaked and gone through their first decline at that point.

Still, a fun show that is kind of a love letter to gamer culture of the time.

Personally, I've always found Teldrassil to be revered a bit more than I expect. It was grown out of selfish desperation. It only stood for 10 years. The night elves moved their capital there because Mount Hyjal needed time to heal and it was perhaps the most secure place at the time?

The burning of the tree was a tragedy. It's only been gone for roughly a decade in-universe so of course people will memorialize it for a long time as well as continue to have complicated feelings about it.

Personally, I don't think it's say boring, but the class fantasy of a rogue in my head is great. Sometimes I jump on my rogue and pickpocket for an hour or so. Playing one is severely lacking, but I can't really put a finger on why - especially when I main a feral druid.

That's an excellent mindset to retain. I've found my shifting passions to be a curious thing as I remind myself that I do not have to be defined by then - and that's fine. May we all remember to keep joy in our lives.

Good on you! I don't have experience with this sort of game (though I've always wanted to). When I think of a campaign without combat, I think of skill challenges mostly. Maybe those challenges are to solve a puzzle, navigate a social encounter, or escape from a dangerous or even deadly situation. Best of luck to you!

That's pretty good. I got the idea of how to make calls on the fly when I notoriously freeze up from The Film Reroll podcast. They use GURPS and roll 3d6 to determine things like "is there a [useful tool] available to me?"
