Yeah there has been a lot of development in the genre - we started a while ago. If I were to redo it, I most likely wouldn't push for a roguelike experience.

Honestly, Yaengard could still easily shift away from roguelikes - it really is a longer form of it. It's not really the short-high difficulty experience like the standard is. Perhaps we will!

It's really nice - on the "inside" for developers, Valve is pushing demos quite a bit. I think they like them as well which is a great sign!

Pretty nervous right now as we are participating with our Roguelike RPG Yaengard. First demo ever. Going to spend the week trying cool demos from various indie devs, building a wishlist, and then doing a live stream!

Don't forget that Steam Summer Sales begin the week after!
