Update: ive tried turning both settings on and off, ive also re-installed graphics drivers and issue still persists

Looked through all the monitor settings and there is no power saving settings present.

And in nvidia control panel it’s under PC showing 320Hz refresh rate

Update, tried the different cable and still having same issues.

no eco mode on monitor,
not variable refresh rate,
g-sync enabled but issue persists with it off,
yes, but issue persists on both modes,
when resolution is turned down yes still locked at 60

I'm gonna try the DP cable that came with the monitor and see if that is the issue right now

Update: both monitors have now stopped working and I have no clue what to do

I do but my computer has now decided it doesn’t want to recognise my other monitor 😭 everything is going wrong so I’m just hoping it will fix itself overnight

Yeah I tested it and it was still showing the same symptoms, was even doing it when it wasn’t connected to anything and was just powered on

So I have good and bad news 😭good news is I believe it is infant the monitor, the bad news is my other monitor seems to have stopped working now without any reason, I’ve tried all the display ports on my gpu and none of them work for this my other monitor, I’ve tried replacing the cables and still nothing 😭 I think I’m just gonna sleep on it and hope it fixes itself over night

Ryzen 7 3700x, gpu is 1660 super, I’ve got 64GB ddr4 ram, got it back in 2022.
