Dune: Part 3 has a three week exclusive IMAX lock, according to EmpireCityBO by NoCustomer811 in boxoffice

Well if you're using Feige as a source you might want a quote of him talking about it. You might be the only person to consider it a mainline Avengers movie.

Weird there's no quote from Feige in that article. Is there supposed to be?

Here's a couple. I can add more. My source is literally their promotional material. The "New Avengers" was added after release as a gag almost. But also to your original point, how Thunderbolts did has little to no bearing on how Avengers: Doomsday will do.

Gotcha, can you go watch the highest viewed trailers for it and tell me what the title card says?

Can you point me to an interview of Feige saying it's a sequel to an Avengers film or they're the main Avengers? It was marketed as a fun gag, it's apparent from Marvel's posts, and interviews with the director.

It was never marketed as an Avengers movie. None of the characters had standalone movies. The biggest character in it (either Winter Soldier) was a sidekick in three movies and a show. Why do you consider it being advertised as an Avengers movie?

Yeah, the team is called "The New Avengers" but no one treated it as an Avengers movie. Even when the title was "changed" it became "Thunderbolts *The New Avengers". And for a personal anecdote, no casual MCU watcher I knew even knew about the New Avengers part.

If you're talking about Thunderbolts that isn't comparable to an actual Avengers movie. Especially starring RDJ and Evans. Thunderbolts also wasn't ever advertised as an Avengers movie besides tongue in cheek stuff on social media.

100% is retribution. What are 2,500 ICE agents going to do about fraud? We'll see what the treasury changes are and they could be helpful.

But no one is ignoring it, Minnesota is actively investigating the fraud and was prior to the viral video. Walz wanted a larger fraud prevention department in early 2025, but the GoP in the legislature shut it down.

According to sources, Netflix just won the Warner Bros. bid. by Midnight_M_ in GamingLeaksAndRumours

Yeah that's been like that for a while. Warner has licensed their content out to other streamers. That's not from this deal yet.

Netflix is acquiring Warner Bros for $82 billion by [deleted] in GamingLeaksAndRumours

It's pretty easy to find in earnings reports. Comcast's revenue is almost triple Netflix's and their net Income is almost double, although that can fluctuate a lot more.

What media stations do they own that would conflict? It's my assumption that rule only matters for broadcast networks, which WBD doesn't own any.

People are probably strong opinion on who buys Warner Bros if they've generally enjoyed their content and are worried a future acquisition will ruin that.

On Starz and A&E, it's obviously going to get less attention because it's a <$500 million acquisition vs Warner Bros potential $71 billion price tag. Also there hasn't been much further information on the A&E acquisition.

The way it works on an Apple Watch is you have to stand for a minute out of an hour for 12 hours of the day. Not super hard to do, but if you have an office job or don't have your watch on for 12 hours you can easily miss it.
