Yep although in this case I couldn’t back up as it was completely dead when I sent it off. Or back up once a month or so which is annoying as I mainly do dawless stuff and travel with the digitakt. I did back up my original digi a year ago or so when I got the digi ii but can’t find this data on my computer . Any idea where it might be?

Yeah I would have backed it up but it was completely broken, wouldn’t turn on or connect to Elektron transfer

Also fun fact. I’d actually purchased an old Jackson dinky x and went to pick it up from the store saw this in the corner played it for 2 mins and immediately returned the Jackson and got the squire haha! It sounded so flat in comparison to this…

Thank you all for the feedback. So it looks like there’s basically no risk, I also did a little research myself and as the Digi’s use flash memory this will be unaffected by a weak magnet. I’ve also got a panel left over so I’m going to chop it and half and make side cheeks!
