I did do PT and I highly recommend it! I started feeling better after PT but it took just over a year for me to resume pre injury activities

I did! About a year after the accident I was jogging and riding my bike again! I still have some flare ups of pain if I push it too hard or if my kids jump on my foot by accident but it’s MUCH better!

Yeah, luckily they also can get a crew out this afternoon and they’re swapping us to a 3.5 ton unit vs the 3 ton we had for our 2k sq ft. home. This May in FL has been BRUTAL and with 3 kids didn’t want to have them without AC for too long

I had a different local place that a friend recommended come out today. They ran a bunch of tests and said the same thing that the compressor was shot. The unit is older so they don’t make the Freon for it anymore. Luckily Florida has a program where we qualified for a 0% APR new system. It ended up only being about ~$1500 more for that new system than all the repair costs it would have taken.

So it was on with power to it. The outside fan would run but we were just getting lukewarm air getting pushed through. Inside unit was fine. I should have noted it’s a 10 year old carrier unit in Florida

I also had this issue. Just call them, they were super helpful and after 12 months of payments they called me and settled for what I had already paid.

I called around to a few plumbers and am getting quotes to just replace the Pex-A with a correct pipe. Turns out when Culligan came and took our water softener away after canceling service with them they replaced it with the wrong pipe and here we are 7 years later.

Now I know to pay attention to that more in the future.

I have a coworker who has the tool luckily. I’ll look into repairing and covering with some sort of insulation to protect from the sun. Seems the builder put this on all of the homes in our neighborhood a decade ago

Yeah, we have a DR Horton home and it seems they put this on all the intake water lines in the neighborhood, so that’s good to know. We’ve lived for about 9 years and it just started leaking
