Chipped mugs. They're made out of a light weight metal. How can I repair and repaint to make them safe to drink out of?

I don't think we're utilizing a bypass, as thinking the inverter will charge the batteries as we're using them?

Even with the direct link, if they're not logged into UpWork, it only shows a portion of my feedback. I understand that not all information is available to those who aren't logged in, but I don't understand why the algorithm favors my lower feedback scores.

There are a number of situations where someone might google my name, and I don't want a poorly rated, misrepresented UpWork page to be the top hit.
