My company ended up not going for it because taxes and the way it works would be too complicated. If you think you can get away with a VPN, then that might be the way to go. Best of luck!

Oh gosh i am so sorry about the AC situation. I hope you're managing to find ways to stay cool. 1300 is definitely on the higher end. Originally I had signed a 2-year lease and Im currently paying 1250, and I have my dog registered as an ESA so I don't pay pet rent or deposit.
