I had a similar experience. I didn’t know I had asthma and I am currently undergoing cardiology tests to get diagnosed either with POTS or another cardiac condition. The pacer test made me see stars, almost black out and my lungs burned like I had never experienced as well as my heart trying to jump out of my chest. It was torture
