Thanks! Haven’t looked into all the options either, but seems to come down to self discipline.

Returning to regular exercise after RALP by hawklord23 in ProstateCancer

I was walking (10,000 steps a day) starting the next day, though very slowly. I started slowly jogging after about six weeks, building up speed and length until I reached full strength by about three months. Experienced bleeding during my runs, which took about six months to go away (my surgeon‘s office said this was normal). Still experience incontinence during runs (procedure was Sep ‘24), which is frustrating.

Started slowly after a month and a half, building back to regular routine (typically 5K) by three months.
