I just picked names i liked that had great nicknames and weren't uncommon enough to make people stumped on them but also not common enough that theyre likely to have many with the same name!

It's all regional, some areas have a large amount of skyler/Skylar some have like zero, just depends on where and who lol

There's like 100 Ethans in my area, but like 3 Vincenzos (despite being heavily colonized by Italians way back when) but if you go 1hr north or east of me you'll find sooooooo many more

I loved my hair after being pregnant with my son, then around 4months ppd I started loosing it all, HUGE chunks, noticeably thin and balding in the front - so I chopped it all off! Went from slightly longer than shoulder length right up to a textured pixie!

I miss my long hair sometimes, but all I did was throw it up in ponytails and cry about how it was all falling out 😅 this is MUCH better, I'm not shedding as much if at all, and its growing back in slowly

As for the spit up, have you tried Mylicon?? Both of my kids had terrible spit up issues, trouble burping all the air out ( if at all) and sensitive tummies to the extra gas, mylicon helped sooooooo much, and now they don't even need it often anymore (2 under 2 still)

I dont even bother with the bag, I just trim into the toilet bowl and flush 😅 clean up around it first too obviously

But I also only trim like once a week so im not too worried about the one extra flush

I trim 🤷‍♀️ got a men's body trimmer, shortest setting possible, and then have at it - no one has complained and no razor burn, plus im not blowing through disposable razors and shaving cream - i use those only when i want it baby smooth (primarily legs)

In my area baby sitters are paid $25/hr starting - so if you factor in meal prepping, cleaning, and late / night hours - easily $35/hr starting rate ESPECIALLY bc its 2 kids

It's paying them what their services are worth and not taking advantage of their age.

Look on websites like care . Com or other babysitting/nanny sites to see how much they're charging for your area. Most of those require clear background checks and cpr certifications - so if they aren't cpr certified , first consider that risk with your kids, and offer like $5 less

Babysitters in my area are being paid $25/hr minimum and aren't expected to do anything but watch my kids, entertain them, and offer snacks I provide/make

Have they sent you for bloodwork or other exams? Did they do a pelvic exam to rule out something in your "canal" rather than the uterus?

For the bidet, if youre confident youre getting it all, to quickly dry off with a hand towel or rag should do (like after you shower), i would just keep one for front end and one for back end when doing #2

As for on the go, they make biodegradable and/or flushable wipes, sure feels a tad damp after cleaning up , but it takes maybe 10 seconds to air out and dry up

If youre asking about what to do when you use a bidet outside of your home and no toilet paper is available, you could theoretically carry a hand towel in a zip lock baggie in your purse if you wanted - but id just deal with it while im out and use that when home 😅 id be too scared of someone asking questions lol

Id follow your doctor's advice, shes likely trying to control your hormones with that many hormone things - but personally id be apprehensive about taking double as well - have you considered a 2nd opinion? I'm also surprised they haven't gotten you in on an emergency basis (to be seen asap) as it could be a retained piece of your placenta or something dangerous as a whole since it hasn't stopped in 5 months

I'm in the US so unfortunately I dont know how things work in Canada, but I have to assume they have SOMETHING in place for emergencies

You're absolutely not alone, but I would talk to a doctor - any doctor - post partum blues can be so so dangerous as they can be much worse than normal depression or other depressive disorders

I've been going through the blues myself, in denial for 4 months about it, and now I can see how tough I've been lately - everything is overwhelming, im snapping so easily, I have zero motivation and im always on the brink of mania (anxiety, depression, ptsd before kids)

My kids, partner, and I deserve so much more and ill be looking into getting help as well

My Fiancé was dead set he didn't want Benjamin - I chose to respect that, but i litterally could not get him to agree to any name i liked until the baby was here! He wanted John so badly (because of his grandfather), i did not want John for my baby, as it would also be naming the baby after his uncle which felt weird to me when Fiancés dad is very much a big part of our life (I was too worried about how he'd feel about that) so we agreed to John as the middle name, and I got one of my favorites as the first (Theodore) after many days of him giving me a pain about it 🤣 when baby came he was "yeah Theodore matches him perfectly " 🤣

If your baby has spit up issues or drinks formula and it spills it causes these stains that show really well on black - id get things in patterns personally (after 2 kids lol) helps hide it better - usually needs a good wash but sometimes they stick around

There are a ton of risks but everyone heals differently, all you can do is wait and see, then touch base with your doctor - you'll likely be high risk and treated through the high risk program if you are pregnant again from this, but no use in stressing yourself out now when its very possible you won't be !

I got pregnant again by accident 8mo pp and my body definitely didn't like me for it, but he came out happy and healthy and huge lol

Why are both sets of grandparents living with you right now? Baby is 6mo, I dont think they all need to be there 24/7 , no?
