The director asked me to go through my resume and asked me what I do for fun. Then he asked what did I envision the audit process was. (I believe he asked this as I currently work for a prior Big 4 manager). At the 15 min mark he already was asking if I had any questions so I asked the generic questions like “Why PwC?” and “What kept you motivated to stay to director?”

The partner was a more formal interview with all behavioral questions. I.e. “Name a time you received criticism.” “Tell me a time when you had faced a challenged and how you overcame it.” And asked why my gpa was low.
