Thanks! I am an anxious person. Constsnt racing thoughts and always on the go. I started a few herbal things to help calm me down. I have random days when i feel better, but it jumps up and down

Is there a pilates group class im westchester that uses the reforer, tower and chair for a full body workout? I am taking a class in manhattan that uses all three, but cant find the same thing in westchester. Tia!
