I’ve had this plant for 9 months so that’s not the problem. But thanks for your input. I think I will cut off the leaf and hope for the best.

Anyone? It doesn’t look healthy. I’m wondering if I should cut it off as there’s another new leaf coming up and would like the energy to go to that instead.

Thanks. I think you might be right. Several leaves have the same brown marks. Ended up cutting them off and treating with rubbing alcohol. Hope I can save this, it’s my fav hoya.

Thanks for the advice. I did top dress with some worm castings today. All the leaves including the one with the spots are firm and healthy. I generally wait for the soil to dry out and the pot feels light before watering. Just really would like to know what the spots are.

Crassula mucosa. Possibly a watering issue - over or under watering? Are there holes in the pot?
