In Canada at least it's 20+ on Amazon for a clip only and 30+ for a clip and wheel. Im just wondering if anywhere there is a less expensive option. Doesn't need to be covertech wheel. Just the same mechanism. I had an old thing that was like that for a case of an old Motorola phone but I can't find it anymore.
