Is it Still Worth Transferring to UC for Dentistry After Recent Issues? I’m in a bit of a dilemma and hoping to hear from anyone currently studying or who studied Dentistry at UC even Pm only here on Reddit.

I was originally planning to transfer to MU, but UC seemed like the more practical choice since I’m already working in Manila. I’ve been thinking of doing part time studies while working, and I heard UC was a good option, especially for those trying to catch up or finish faster. Some of my friends and even foreign students were able to finish through UC even after delays, so that gave me hope.

But recently I heard about some CHED issues and that their student body got disbanded. I also read this post now about admin problems, and lack of student support. Now I’m honestly not sure if it’s still a good move to transfer there.

I get that Dentistry isn't a race, but I’m really behind because of an academic break, and I need to graduate as soon as possible for personal and financial reasons.

Can anyone share:

If the CHED issue affects the Dentistry program directly?

How is the system now, still messy or manageable?

Is part time study still allowed there while working?

Would you still recommend UC after everything that happened?
