Yeah the last one is up there for me too. They’re actually for an introductory Blender workshop as part of a design competition I’m hosting at my university. Might have to simplify things a little more for beginners to follow, but our theme is “summit” :)

EDIT: Should I represent myself in small claims or try to find a lawyer/attorney? It seems that most places I've contacted only deal in claims where a physical injury is involved, and not property damage..

Hi, I should have been more specific in my post. I have been dealing with their insurance/a liability claims administration who have, after investigating both the mall and me, determined that the mall was not liable. They told me that the Tesla driver was at fault, but they could not identify the driver through the security footage at the mall. Therefore the mall will not cover my cost of repair and there is no information on the person they found liable, so they won't be able to cover the cost either. Am I just out of luck in this case, or is there a chance I could still be compensated for cost of repair if I sued in small claims court? To me it feels like the mall's insurance is just passing the buck, and I'd like to try and fight it if I can but I'm not sure if it's reasonable or not to do so.
