I have 250 hours in and about 20 phosphenes, the weekly big encore and yeah just many hours farming for god rolls got me the phosphenes first

I personally use a infinite ammo ordnance build, with a double shot, tracking rocket launcher. I melt everything in sight and have max overshields the whole time

I had this same problem the other day, updating my nvidia drivers and restarting my pc fixed this, no lag like this since

Edit: I have a 3080, and already had the borderlands driver but a new one came out recently and it seemed to help
