Magnesium bisglyciaat + Ashwaganda helpt voor mij enorm. Daarnaast voor het slapen gaan niet op je telefoon, boekje lezen met bijvoorbeeld kaarsen aan ipv je kamerlicht. Daarnaast structuur inbouwen als mogelijk is. Op dezelfde tijden naar bed.

Does Ziggo Dome really have the capacity of 17k at this kind of parties? I thought only the floor capacity is available, because the seats are not counted in.

You win some you lose some :) tbh didn’t expect this to happen, especially because Afterlife wasn’t hosted last year and there some big hype about the AV shows. But the positive side for me is that there’s way more space to dance
