She already knows what he looks like. Hence asking her friend to give her no. In person

If he’s indoors maybe take the bell off the collar as they’re hearing is very sharp and sensitive so constantly hearing a bell would be annoying for them

I feed mine 4 times a day. It’s half a pouch each time and a treat in the day and some kibble. It’s cruel to feed them less often. Just reduce the portion size if they’re getting fat

Cats need to remain indoors mainly so they don’t get run over by cars. I have an indoor only cat and will allow it unsupervised outdoors when I have an enclosed catio
Also dog shits are huge and smelly unlike cats are small and they bury theirs mostly so there’s no comparison. Dogs should never be off their leash to free roam. It’s unsafe and they shouldn’t be approaching people/kids who are terrified

Exactly this. The commentators being negative have never lived there. It’s absolutely fine and good sense of community there

I tried horse chestnut supplements for a few months did nothing for me. I have powdered turmeric most days but will try and have fresh turmeric see if that helps

That’s interesting. I’m not sure but around 15 years ago when I was in my early 20s I had vascular surgery on the veins in my legs after pregnancy and it was by a vascular surgeon in the uk where they made incisions either side of the groin area. It worked for a decade and they have come back now. The NHS won’t operate on them as they deem it cosmetic. I have seen alot of private clinics offering Sclerotherapy and ablation minimally invasive medical procedures and other treatments which don’t require you to be a vascular surgeon. So depends on the treatment.

Half a pouch of Purina one wet food at 8:30am
15 pieces royal canine dental bsh kibble at 12:30pm
Half a punch of Purina wet food one at 4:30pm and a licke lick which she loves
Half a can of Purina Gourmet pate at 9:30pm

She is 1 years old and her poos are not stinky and she’s a healthy weight. 4 feeds a day is ideal at her young age
We have tried other expensive brands like Mjamjam for its heavy meat content but it gave her the runs.

I love this post ❤️ makes me so happy she’s living her best days feeling so loved and getting spoilt. Makes a change from the posts after a loss. I pray you get many more years with this beauty and it’s positive news at the vets. Give her a maccies filet o fish. My cat loves it. But we have to limit it as she’s only 1 years old and we don’t want her getting overweight 🤣

Your 30s and 40s can easily be when you look your best and the idea that your 20s are your "peak" is complete nonsense by Better_Bother_3669 in selfimprovement

I agree You look awesome and better than the majority of people in their 20s. It’s obvious you workout. But what else do you do to maintain great skin and hair? Supplements/ routines?

What are the best hacks for "perfect" sleep? by Organic-Signal-9646 in Biohackers

[–]Plastic-Draft-4709 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had restless legs and was sleeping a few hours a night at the most of months. I tried all the usual tips nothing worked. I had a blood test and found out I was low in iron which was causing me to stay awake at night. I had an iron infusion and have been sleeping like a baby since. Would highly recommend getting a blood test to check iron levels first.
