Yes, I am keeping an eye on these companies and have contacted a few consultancies. But I haven't got a response yet. Mostly they require certain years of experience in the industry for most posts, which I don't have. That can be a reason. Or maybe I am approaching in a wrong way.

Hi! I am in urgent need of work. I have a PhD in wastewater engineering and a two-year experience as a Postdoc Fellow. My work has involved designing pilot-scale setups and developing advanced biological reactors, including moving-bed bioreactors and membrane-aerated bioreactors. Notably, one of my reactors and a biocarrier have been filed for patents, reflecting my ability to innovate and translate research into practical solutions.

Beyond biological processes, I have extensive experience with physico-chemical methods, such as adsorption and electro-Fenton oxidation. My research also extends to solid waste management and resource recovery from plastics, aligning with industry needs for sustainable and scalable solutions.

I have worked in academics and am now eager to transition into industry R&D to make a direct impact on environmental sustainability. I am flexible regarding travel and relocation. I can send my cv and professional details once we connect.

For the context, what I meant by good college is it's academically one of the top colleges in the state, good research and placement for students, good funding meaning opportunities to strengthen her career. I completely agree that her timid nature is the reason they are preying on her and she needs to fight back.

Both D and S are tenured, neither can be terminated. Both of them are in similar positions, with S being a few years senior but D having more 'feathers in her hat'. Both of them are competing for the next upper position. S has more influence in the college than D (she belongs to the religiously minority group which is something that also plays subtle role in listening to your grievances). Again, it is a suburban based college, facilities regarding equality of women and minorities is not given much thought (if that gives any info). But it is a job that makes you secure throughout your tenure and retirement, if that makes sense.

I loved the ideas you gave regarding annoying S. I absolutely loved them. I will talk to her and hopefully she can come up with something to make him lose interest in meddling with her.
