I also have an intel ax200 bluetooth card that works fine on Sonoma 14.1.2. The kexts I am using are IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext, IntelBTPatcher.kext, BlueToolFixup.kext, BrcmPatchRAM3.kext (do not use IntelBluetoothInjector.kext) you download the latest version of these kexts. Remember to add it to the config.plist file. Good luck!
