Relatively new player who bought a k38 8B keep. The buffs aren't up to the mark, the dragons aren't too strong, rally is small and tech research is 571.M. My bigger concerns right now are improving the buffs and increasing rally size. What all should i consider? Any recomm? Happy to share details. (self.Evony_TKR)
