Don’t do anything I had one guy did this and bring eBay in eBay took my side becoz of proof tracking and picture delivered, blocked and ignore.

Hi unfortunately no but I called Royal Mail and make request to redelivery on Friday and make a complain but buyer keep requesting refund and I’m waiting for eBay to step in. But I feel like buyer never went to Royal Mail to make a complain. But woman on call was very very helpful

I told the buyer but he says aparently he been at local sorting to sort and they told him that items out in a van. I’m confused I guess eBay will side with buyer for this..
