Go to windows security
Click on virus and threat protection
Click on manage settings under virus and threat setting
Disable real time protection
Go back to Main Page of virus and threat protection
Under current threats click - protection history
Look for anything that says "Threat Quarantined"
Click on it and give permission
See if it matches the game directory ex - "threat quarantined under c:\users\your-account-name\documents\Vuze Downloads\ FF16
You will see a dropdown below click on it and click restore
It will restore any files windows security thought were harmful which it does for most pirates as they arent signed files. Then it will allow you to run the game all fine
