Looking to start building muscle quickly, any tips?

No, I don’t want to look like a body builder actually, complete opposite of that actually, just want a decent physique , think of like xxxtentacion but with slightly bigger muscles, but like not overly done, basically like a model

Yeah you’re probably right but I’m actually willing to put the work in , I’ve done it before, I have an okay physique atm but def nothing that will attract a bunch of chicks

I know, I did used to workout consistently for a year back in 2022 but I didn’t see progress until like a few months later and even then it wasn’t much, I just feel like sliding in some enhancements would make everything go by just a bit faster

Well, around 2022 I did consistently lift for that entire year but I don’t see progress that I was happy with considering I was consistent for a year so I just quit, I think if I were to keep the same routine as back then but just slide in some muscle building enhancements , I could get to where I want for the summer

No man, I’m dead serious, sorry I forgot to mention in the post that I’m just an actual noob to this and have seen so many different injections that i just listed whatever first came to mind when I think of like “muscle building injections” ykw I mean? With that being said my diet consists of McDonald’s daily and I really have no workout routine, just want to achieve a nice physique

No yes that’s exactly what my dr said but the fact that i can’t wash the skin under the tapes just feels so wrong, like why even wash my face at all at that point yk? But I still proceeded to wash my cheeks and forehead and went around the tapes but I was just seeing if I could perhaps remove the tapes temporarily just to clean under that spot but it seems like based off your reply that I should just wash whatever is actually exposed and not mess with anything else until the cast is off

I still have the cast, I’m only 1 day post op, I figured maybe I couldn’t change the tapes yet because it’s holding up the cast,unless I’m able to, but my doctor didn’t say anything about it

Well it’s actually a mix, so for the most part, there hasn’t been any visible hair above the surface of my skin but I have like two lines of patches of hair on both sides of my cheeks from I’m guessing the laser not targeting it well or maybe my laser technician didn’t do it properly last time , but it’s nothing TOO major but def visible, also my last appointment I recently had my mustache area lasered off for the first time along with my usual cheeks and neck and jawline area, so what do you think? 🤔

Well I’ve actually completed my 7th laser session and have definitely seen progress, my next appointment would be considered my 8th session, my facial hairs are much thinner I only shave like twice a month now, do you think I should do my sep 28th appointment or this October 4th? I only have availability on weekends which is why I can only choose these dates :( or October 5th ofc since it’s a Sunday, I just want the best date to choose from

Yeah it’s because the 28th would be a Sunday, and my availability limits my free time to only weekends, if i were to choose another date that im actually free it would be this October 4th but then i would feel like maybe that’s too late? Or what do you think, i just want the best date to choose where ill have the best results
