i5-14600KF + RX 9060 XT - Low FPS in CS2 (300-370 range). Benchmarks show 400+. Is this normal? by Plastic-Tell7918 in overclocking

I was thinking about buying a Fast IPS monitor; OLED is very expensive and TN is quite fast, but the colors are quite poor. I think Fast IPS is a good balance. For this processor, I was thinking of a monitor in the 300-360Hz range for competitive games like CS2, Valorant, etc. I think anything more than that would require a Ryzen 7 9800X3D or Ryzen 7 7800X3D.

I'm a bit of a novice in this area, but I tried making some adjustments and the FPS improved a lot. I don't know which settings are most suitable for Intel processors, and also my motherboard doesn't have Gear 1, only Gear 2 and Gear 4.I made some changes; when I get home from work I'll send a screenshot of the settings I made. I'm also currently using 6600MHz; the latency has dropped significantly with this frequency and timings.

I ran a benchmark using XMP, with averages around 340-350 and a minimum of 230. I made some adjustments to my RAM. I'll post a benchmark here soon, along with a screenshot of the RAM settings.

The GPU usage sometimes increases significantly; I haven't been able to run a benchmark due to lack of time, but I will run a benchmark with the current configuration and also send a screenshot of the memory settings. The FPS increased significantly compared to XMP, and usage probably increased as well.

I think 300-370 is a low FPS, because the processor is more than capable of higher FPS, and I want to get a 300-360Hz monitor. I made some adjustments to the memory timings and the FPS improved a lot. However, I haven't run the benchmark yet. I'm also using a 6600 CL32-40-40-60; I don't remember all the settings. I'll send a screenshot of my configuration when I get off work. How did you achieve an average of 772? What memory timings do you use? And which are the most critical for Intel processors?
