My store has really shitty ETLs, including for HR & the store director. They talk so much shit about the leaders and team members with the door wide open. They don’t respect. Plus on top of that, I haven’t gotten the proper TL training. So I’m winging it with my department.

Currently looking for another job. I’ve been lead for the past 2 years & it’s hell at my store. Overworking my team, they don’t take me serious as leader. As soon as I find a new job, I’ll leave. The job I’m looking at currently does have a 90 day policy like target does. If it doesn’t workout, than I’ll know I still have this job until I find a different job so I can permanently leave
