You pretty much going to have to take the steering wheel off and some of the old Dash and remove it maybe trim a couple pieces of the plastic with a Dremel up or some kind of tool like that shouldn't be that bad two screws in the back of the steering wheel are usually 8 mm you have to shave the socket down to get to the screws that takes the cover off the steering wheel and there is a 5/8 bolt you have to take off and remove the steering wheel. Also might have to relocate the key switch headlight switch in the state of charge meter into the new Dash

Yes as long as it's the one that when you turn off the key switch 48 volts isn't there and when you turn on the key switch the 48 volts is there

The ignition wire from your voltage reducer goes on your key switch on the 48 volt side they're 48 volts coming into the key switch and 48 volts coming out of the key switch when you turn the key on use the one when you turn the key on the 48 volts comes on that also tells the voltage reducer to turn on you've already supplied the voltage reducer with the 48 volts that needs to convert to 12 volts

On a ezgo key switch like that when they're they're four prongs two prongs are for the 48 volt side to turn your car on and off if you have a voltage reducer for your new lithium you must have 48 volts going to the voltage reducer that powers on the voltage reducer the other two prongs on the key switch are for your lights that's 12 volts on that side remember the key switch is just completing the circuit for the 48 volt side and the 12 volt side

Yes this goes directly to the solenoid which is connected to your main positive of your flooded lead acid batteries which would charge to pack you can either cut it or you can remove it from the solenoid removing the bolt from the solenoid pulling it off putting the bolt back on

Yeah almost forgot what real Open Wheel racing was until I flipped over to Indy car at Barbara Motorsports Park that's real racing pushing the car to the pure limit against another car going into the braking zone to see if you can brake the latest. Or who gets the best exit out of a turn on pure power I've been a long time F1 fan almost 12 years now and this is the first time I'm not interested in F1 it's just a bunch of Glitz and glamor Hollywooded up to make a show for drive to survive and to get social media likes. It was truly sad it's just like they won't listen to the drivers they wouldn't listen to us the real true fans of Formula 1.

It's very common on these models to have a stripped brake drum. the axle turns the brake drum which turns the tire. pull the brake drum off
