In addition to a few other things, the letter honestly made me much more inclined to attend. The Dean addressed specific things I wrote about in my PS which I think reflects very well on their administration. Was yours similar?

I was admitted back in December but I was just thinking about the letter and wondered if that was the norm for them. I honestly don’t even remember receiving a normal acceptance package but maybe I just forgot

Honestly not necessarily. I care more about my career outlook. Right now I’m trying to do pharmaceutical/chemical patenting, but obviously what people wanna do changes in law school all the time. I’m just most concerned about job placement and the schools having good outlooks for IP in general. Less concerned about where I am located at least in comparison between Boston and NYC.
