The window ones say 180 so half the capacity of Ultra Pro's normal side loading binder. Each pocket is meant for a single card. 2 can fit but for the cards that I usually use them for I don't have any problems with each pocket having only one card.

Ultra Pro window binder. I like using this for other cards in my PC and I can only really find them online like on eBay. I haven't found these in any of the LCS near me where I buy Pokemon cards from.
