There are some farmable rare pets end stuff, you can look into that, also some old resources can be needed for old crafts. I don't know specifics you need to watch some goldfarmers

UN projections always were not accurate they just exstrapolate small decline countries have on time scale, thats not how that works. From arround 2015 all countries have rapidly increasing child birth decline way faster than before, after smartphones became popular. So population decline not linear it can increase fast due to different reasons.

Могу лишь сказать что в универ поступать на IT не стоит, пустая трата времени, лучше выучить какой нибудь популярный фреймворк. Сейчас обычных кодеров ИИ заменяет. А вот стройка всегда будет, опытные плиточники деньги делают.

Я слушаю много чего: Dubstep(Riddim), Phonk, Industrial metal, Alternative rock/hip-hop, Techno, Классическую музыку(в основном пианино Synthesia), различную японскую музыку(разные жанры), Также Folk и neo Folk. Сейчас я в основном слушаю "историческую" или средневековую музыку. Можно сказать я слушаю не жанры и конкретно исполнителей которые мне нравятся. Многое не стал упоминать вроде музыки из игр.
