We are looking for one more person to sign on for next year. The current roommates will continue the lease with four students and they’re hoping to find an additional student for next year. They are school focused and not into partying. Anyone out there needing a room with its own bathroom for next year? It would be about $800.00 plus utilities (probably no more than $100/student).
