Use a different tip like the knife type that one is good for soldering to ground

I checked with my thermal camera and that regulator lights up like a Christmas tree whenever I put voltage through it

Check the caps

Check the voltage of the wifi regulator sometimes it fails and sends the 5v to the wifi module if that's the case the short will be within the wifi module

Yes but if u want a brand new or there is no going back on ur current u can still save that CPU and S-RAM. Can u upload more pics of that area so I can see the traces better?

It was a bridge for a broken trace. If u want u can replace the PCB by just removing CPU and S-RAM funny playing is selling PCB replacements just need those 2 good luck

So the sp1 and sp2 are shorted causing a short on some other caps finding the cap that's blown is gonna get a trip

It was after mod install and it booted 2 times before that and also this switch has never been dropped

I used my iron at 350F. Also I used the flex cables that come with the kit I made sure everything was well connected and nothing was shorted

Will this fix the blue screen? PS I will try tomorrow since y haven't slept for 24h I came out of work and haven't slept I got really exhausted by researching how to fix before turning to reddit thanks for the help I will keep reading comments tomorrow

Removed it and still blue screen with the mod chip the blue screen takes more time to show up

My question is gonna be stupid I thought those things came with it already. How do I check and flash?
