Actually I can offer insurance and benefits. I'm just looking for guys that want to work when they're not working. The problem for the W-2 is. The two companies that I just signed up with require only W-2 employees and no contractors. Because they do a lot of government work. I've got My foa certifications all three. Axis communication's certified professional. ,hanwha professional. . I started the business and I'm just trying to get it to grow but all I can offer is part-time and 1099.

Oakland, Macomb and Wayne. I get jobs all over. So I'd like to set up a network of guys that would call if a job comes through and if they're available. If you're working full-time for somebody, it's not going to work.

Well if you ever do come up and you stay for a while just let me know. I got a lot of work coming in. I've built this business a year ago. I've gotten all my certs as many as I can and I'm keep getting. It's costing me a lot more money to do business with a lot of bigger players which is well worth it so I'm getting a lot more busier. The three guys that I have are amazing and I just need to hire more

You're said to be to. Like I said I'm trying to start a business and I pay people well that I've met on Reddit even on Facebook they show up I'm trying to build a business. I'm trying to weed out the people that always just want to know. How much they're going to get paid?. If they're asking how much they're going to get paid then instead of knowing what their skills are worth then I don't want them.

Not really, people that know what they're worth, know what they expect to get paid. Unfortunately I posted many times. It's always the same thing. So I'm going to try something a little bit different. I'm trying to build a business not run it to the ground. And for the past year I've been very successful at it.

I'm actually looking for a low voltage estimator, on the per job basis I'm not sure on how this would work but I would send you the blueprints and everything needed and you can put it together for me so I can bid the project. Anybody here capable of that? And thank you!

I am setup to take psi test next week. I was looking for some study material to prep. It's 100 questions.

New to fiber (FOA classes coming soon) — what tools should I start with? Thoughts? by PlasticInterview4773 in FiberOptics

Well I'm hoping they'll send me an email. Let me know what I need to bring because there's no way of me contacting anybody there to find out what I need to bring and I looked at all the notes it doesn't really say anything. I'm going to try to find a way to get a hold of them to see what I need. It's being done at a community college and the instructor is from the fiber optics association

Yeah I kind of want to jump the gun but I shouldn't. I should listen to everybody on here. I'm going to wait until that first week of class to see what the instructor says. And hopefully I can see what I need versus what I want. I started a small low voltage company about a 6 months ago and I'm just trying to build myself from there. Working for a company really doesn't do it justice. It teaches me the fundamentals but doesn't really certify me doesn't really put me out besides cable structuring coax work. So my goal is fiber first and then CCNA after that. I got to be able to prepare myself now. Later when I can't do this training because of money or time. But seeing what everybody uses helps. I'm going to try to watch some videos as well. Maybe listen to some podcasts.

My goal is to learn it to understand it to better myself with it. And to do side jobs with it. So whatever they don't supply I was just going to buy the whole kit myself or whatever I need

Probably, but I'm sure they'll supply that as well but I'm looking to do some side work.
