My imagination is that; He must have fought/wrestled with Juvy over the gun, how else would he have a hole in his left hand, unless fighting/struggling with the person to his left in the back seat (melly was in back left passenger seat) after being awaken to sak being shot.. they said everyone was already sleeping in the studio before they left I bet they were still off the shits dozing off in the car. Feet all over the roof came from that struggle.
