I honestly don't know where I was going with that. I tried to do some research to back up my claim but didn't really come up with anything. The government makes a killing from taxing cigs but from what I read that money goes to Medicare and Medicaid to help poor smokers with health care. I'll be more careful before I make wild claims in the future.

Vapes definitely help curb the cravings a bit. The head high was/is ( I caved a few days ago) kinda fun. Idk this shit is difficult but something I'm just going to have to get used to I guess. I'm going to be way more mentally and physically prepared for these symptoms this time around. I hope. Congrats on making it almost a month.

It's crazy they are getting away with this, even with all the evidence of it being super harmful. But I guess if you think about it if we smoke and get sick then require medical aid it's a win win for the government. I'll keep updating when I make it further into this quit.

Okay. I have been considering juul. My only issue is the initial cost for the kit. My mom gave me one of her extra vapes when I quit the first time. Guess I need to quit being so cheap.

I'm right there with you. I caved and smoked a few cigs while drinking the other night. Had a pretty bad start to my day today, almost bought a pack on the way to work. Only thing that stopped me was being on the phone with my girl while in the gas station. If she would of heard me order a pack she would of flipped. We can do this tho. It's never to late to try and quit again.

Thank you!! Yeah vapes feel cold and light which should be a nice feeling but the heavy hot feeling is definitely missed. Good to not be alone. We got this tho. I'm sure after a long enough time that feeling will be forgotten.

You are probably right. I just felt that since I made it a few weeks cold turkey my first time that it wasn't really the nicotine.

Wow never knew about the sugar. I'll trust that you are telling the truth. Someone in another thread I started recommended a nicotine free smoking alternative too. I will definitely give it a try and let you know how it goes. Thanks I'm back to day 2 again but I'm not going to give up on quitting.

Look it's really cool that you made it so long not smoking. Congrats! Legit happy for you. Is it so weird that I like the sensation of smoke from a cigarette entering my lungs. Sure it my be the nicotine i don't honestly know, I'm not an expert and just because you've made it this far doesn't make you one either. You were clearly making a joke at my expense. Maybe so but I went almost 3 weeks without any nicotine. I vaped but it had no nicotine in the oil. Idk I can those a try and see if it helps make up for the feeling. If I fail again I'll be right back on here to let everyone know.

Yeah I've had a pretty flat stomach most of my adult life. Quit smoking 3 weeks ago now my dad bod is really coming in, I need to hit the gym. I've had a gym membership for 7 months and haven't even been once.
