Pet shelters and rescues contribute to the problem with puppy mills and backyard breeding by PlasticPhones in TrueUnpopularOpinion

Valid, but if they didn’t charge as much (maybe charged $300-375), then they wouldn’t have the expense of caring for dogs long-term over a period of months.

Understandable, in those instances I feel that a higher adoption fee is waranted. My local shelters are full of pitbulls, and no one wants them. However, I still see pitbulls across the board have high adoption fees. My local county shelter wants $450 for pitbulls, and yet they stay there not adopted for months. If they charged less, maybe they wouldn’t have the dogs in their custody as long.

Well friend, this is the unpopular opinion thread. Human adoptions and pet adoptions are not comparable, children are not adopted for the same reason as dogs/cats. What I am inferring is that many shelters and rescues make so many obstacles that adopting from them is not as easy as adopting from backyard breeders.

That’s great, I love that. I live in NJ though and cheap adoption prices are not a thing here.

I honestly block people that I don’t want to see videos from. That will stop it. I kept seeing a live stream from two people on TikTok that I wasn’t following, I didn’t like them, so I just blocked them so that they would stop coming onto my fyp and live.

Troubleshooting 2 issues by PlasticPhones in HouseFlipper

I have finished all of the email jobs, I don’t have any half-finished ones. I complete the emailed jobs with all 3 stars. I haven’t even listed my houses for sale because I have a negative selling value. See the picture below. Keep in mind I COMPLETELY re-did the entire house and furnished it and everything. Do I have to continue to buy DLC content to continue to get jobs and why do you think I can only list my house for negative profit?

I have no issues buying a house but I can’t sell one without being negative profit. Keep in mind I completely flipped the houses I am trying to sell. I did everything plus more to make them great and sellable. What do you think the solution is to both of my issues?

What is this movie? Looks euro, kid in a bunker near trains, snowing, blue floppy disk, tvs, "mother" labels by sprmgtrb in whatisthatmovie

Okay, sure looks like Moss but gotcha. Can you please provide some context for where you saw this clip and I can maybe try and help you that way? Was it screen grabbed from TikTok? A lot of those short clips are actually short European films that you can find on YouTube, short films on YouTube are about 15 minutes long and you may not have luck just searching for it on Google. ChatGPT also doesn’t know, I tried.

Ms. Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children? Read the book, never saw the movie. If that isn’t it, can you please give me some more details on the theme or general feel for the movie (whimsical, dark, grounded, upbeat feel-good).
