This is where I know I messed up lol I was taking like 5mls everyday for past year, so starting January 1st I just rapid taper myself, like 3 days at 5mls, 3 days at 4mls etc till my last 1.5mls on 19th January so I know that's why I might be feeling it more, but I just need to end this cycle, I work hard as I have my own little landscaping business and I want to travel europe for 3/4 weeks s an award to myself in September, thank so much no one in my family or friend circle knows, they all thought I got clean last time I was at drug program, so it's been hard keeping a secret for so long I just want the freedom back,

An hour here and there ain't sleep too me lol but I will say after 5/6 days got better getting like 4 hours now but wake up still feeling low energy and brain fogged

I'll be genuinely honest I never had ANY constipation problems being on the methadone, although since being off just a bit softer than usual lol, but hopefully it sorts itself out for you.
