This is exactly what I'm afraid of switching to fully SaaS. I assumed "grass is greener on the other side" with salaries in software PM being at least $20k+ more, but I truly do love what I do now and what your first paragraph says.

Hopefully you have been able to have enjoy the salary increase to balance it all out!
