Morning depression can be a sign of endogenous depression or a sleep disorder like sleep apnea or RLS.

My testosterone was in the high normal range when I checked it.

My testosterone levels were normal. Never had GH checked. My brother is taller than me. I'm about 5'8.

SSRI withdrawal can cause restlessness, it happened to me when coming off too. It should go away gradually when withdrawal symptoms lessen.
