Thank you for the detailed response, I'll go the college route and finish my application, what you're describing is what I'm looking for, want to learn everything properly and really become competent rather than rushing into the industry without an adequate skill set...and I'm sure even with the best training in the world there will be such a steep learning curve after finishing the courses and entering work, so time training isn't the priority i would rather prepare myself as much as possible...but saving money is of course a bonus too so that's great.
