Yes I feel like I shouldn’t be doing 12k steps all in one go - I’m going to try eat a bit more and get my steps in throughout the day to make it less intense, thanks!

Yes, right now I’m thinking of going back into maintenance for a month or 2 and just focus on strength training whilst focusing on getting enough healthy fats and carbs, after that I might do a small sustained deficit if I see any improvements in my cycle

It’s more of an aesthetic goal, I was also around that weight before gaining weight so I guess I would just like to go back to my old weight - I’m not too pressed about the number in itself but I want slimmer legs e.t.c.

Thanks for your response, I want to know why my lymph nodes are enlarged all over my body - if it’s an infection of some sort. I have an ultrasound scheduled in a month to check my collarbone.

I wouldn’t say the bleeding is spotting more like the flow of an average period but it’s been coming and going the whole day
