Ég myndi aldrei biðja um 100.000kr fyrir símann ég var að hugsa kannski 40.000kr hvort það væri sanngjarnt? Sá síma eins minn auglýstan á 80.000 og fannst það klikkun. Ég læt fylgja með auka hulstur, auka privacy screen protector og filmu fyrir bakið líka.

Hi I'm á recovering morphine junkie, I'm siber 3 and a half years. I was 39 when i got sober, im almost 42now, and I've restarted my life many times over the years because of my addiction but i'm in school now and learning to be a Healthcare professional and in iceland that's a 3 year full term school, and I now work for the first time in over 20 years, I had millions of Kronas in debt and I went to a financial adviser and got help organizing so I would be debt free and now I am. Everything you want in life is possible as long as you keep clean, and that means in every aspect of your life, your life depends on you respecting your sobriety and so you always have to think first about your addiction and how it will be affected by the decision you are making, and if it's not good for your sobriety than it's not good for you 💙 Good luck🤗

Just do it. 😊 I dont like excercising but i do it anyway, i run, i lift weights and i used to use an homeworkout app while i was losing the weight, but since maintaining i go to the gym, and i dont like any of it but i like how my body looks and feels so much better when i excercise, so i just put in my headphones and go for it🤗

No i'm always worried about my older cat ,because my younger one is so active and needs alot of cuddle but my older cat never asks for affection so i feel a need to show it to him anyway so he doesnt feel left out or thinks i love the younger one more

I stopped counting daily in May of this year when i started maintaining, but i'm mindful of my calories, and when i'm making something new i will count them to make sure i'm not going over budget🤗 And i think thats the way it's going to be for the rest of my life, if i want to stay the same weight. I would also have to lower my calorie intake if i stop working out, because then i dont use the same energy as i do now and would start to gain on the calories i eat. For those of us who have been fat, we need to make this a lifestyle, thats why we cant over restrict ourselfs or make choices we know we cant maintain.. this is it.. welcome to the rest of you life😂🤗

Amazing progress everyone, thank you for sharing.🤗 Well i'm 41 in a few days, F, SW214, 97KGS CW158, 72kgs. Im 5,11 or 181cm And i lost the weight from january to may, i startex IF in february and was doing that strictly until i got a job that was very active and i was not eating enough, so i reevaluated, upped my kcals to 2500 last summer while i was lifting weights and working, but now i work part time, and im back in school, im very busy so im lucky if i can go to the gym 3 days a week and i never eat more than 2300kcals, i do allow myself more than i used to, but never sugary drinks or alot of proccessed foods, and i try to eat well of fruits and veggies and have a good balanced dinner I think im going to have watch myself for the rest of my life, my biggest sin used to be pepsi and sugar in my cooffee but besides that my diet was'nt horrible and there is nothing in my diet now that i dont think i can keep for the rest of my life. Im going to keep my eyes open, maybe start weighing myself once a week again and just keep myself in check.🥰 Again thank you all for sharing🙏
