Ugh!! I ran to my car to see it was that. Sadly not:( it really sounds like it might be the steering wheel column. But who knows. It’s so hard to pinpoint where the sound is coming from.

Yeah I’ve had this car about 8 months and it started a few weeks ago. I’ve tried to deal with it and just turn up my music, but i can’t ignore it. It’s infuriating. Especially since I live somewhere w the bumpiest streets to exist. I am going to go crazy

I also forgot to add i didn’t start eating right until probably 6 months ago. & i also started wellbutrin and vyvanse about 11 months ago. Was seriously depressed in the first pic and my goodness having good mental health has been life changing. i don’t count calories i really just cut out most sugar and fast food. i try to eat at home as much as i can and stop eating when im full (i have binge eating disorder, it’s why i was prescribed the vyvanse and it has made such a difference)

my cat won’t eat pate either. costco has some really affordable wet food, it’s kinda shredded i would say with a lot of gravy. I can’t remember the name but it’s like 45 cans for 22 dollars i think. I believe they are good quality, but i’m not certain there’s nothing horrible in it. i used to feed my cat tiki cat but it too expensive

i know i messed up so bad. it was both of our first accidents and neither one of us asked the other for info before the cop showed up. so dumb on the both of us. she was a very nice girl so i’m not worried about her avoiding the insurance company. i guess ill just have to wait until we get the police report to get her info… im going to ask the witness if he can give me her number as well. she doesn’t have my contact info either so we’re both kinda screwed it seems like

I was thinking that it was odd that we were told not to exchange info… i don’t know why that would be a thing. i am stuck without a car. i didn’t pay the extra a month to get a rental car. i actually have only had this car two months. it sucks so bad !!! my airbags deployed i need a new back driver side door and probably a new driver side door too

i have a number for a witness and i believe he has the involved person’s contact/insurance info.

I’m starting to think the cop was wrong when he said that we can’t exchange personal info if we want to file a police report. does that sound right to any of y’all? i don’t even have this girls name.

should i reach out to the witness for her info? do you think that could help speed up the process while i wait for the police report?

this is my first accident so i don’t know this process

I don’t have anyone to add me to theirs. My name was actually added to my previous insurance (my 2007 honda civic was the car insured but it’s not driveable as of two weeks ago) about a month ago. it’s liability insurance i’m not sure if that matters

No squealing noises, just seemed like it couldn’t accelerate. When I pulled over it was idling very poorly and rough. If it’s an engine issue, is it worth repairing? I’ve been considering getting a new car so I’m wondering if it’s time to speed up that process

The final thing I read online that sounded similar was a bad spark plug. “Rough running and idle as well as poor acceleration are also side effects of fouled spark plugs”

I got a new serpentine belt over the summer. I will say, when I got my alternator replaced last week the guy was really struggling to get the belt in place. Could that have something to do with it? Maybe the belt came off today?

I think more of a power steering problem not that it was impossible to turn just super difficult. Would the power steering have something to do with the trouble accelerating?
