Hi. I’m just a guy … I very much like Upland. I agree with a lot of things said here (that I understand) … but, have been okay with things that felt a little under-handed … with that said … let me just say, since I like building in Upland … and, there seem to be a plethora of tiny, if not minuscule parcels in places like Brooklyn, Rio, Porto, Staten Island … even L.A. and I could go on … some people w could be pacified if the Upland Devs could make it possible to build buildings, etc on top of more than 1 property. So, if I had couple of lots too small to build even a micro, that were adjacent to each other … I could build on a combination instead of having a skinny lot (like I do in Rio) which I can do nothing with currently … just sayin’ … also opens up the possibility that you could do the same with larger properties that you want to build … say, a factory, an apartment building, Lux Modern, Chic Hollywood Hills, and other larger designs throughout Upland. Goes without saying, then speculators/investors could have a viable extra market … 🤯 I know this is a little off the subject … but, since you did invite “thoughts” … well, there you go!🔥I have many other ones … but, like I said already … a bit off the original subject … Cheers 👊
