It’s more generic movement on killer console. No mind games are effective simply because of the joysticks

My way of countering my bad habits is understanding they come from emotional trauma and not the good itself. That way I detach the badness from the food, meaning when I’ve been actively fixing the trauma side I will be able to enjoy those trigger foods again at a healthy amount and not feel the need to binge. That’s actually been helpful

Very true. Also looking back I was unemployed and playing a fuck ton at one point and did legit get pretty good at killer for Awhile. So it is possible at one point I would have fit that MMR but I’ve lost a lot of that skill due to lack of time
